Last Tuesday, around 1ish in the afternoon, there was a well dressed chap taking photo's of a culvert on the South side of Leeds Bridge. Seems odd that anyone would be taking photo's of such a thing, if not connected with this place. Was it anyone from here?

No, it wasn't that one. It was a small circular drain / culvert on a diagonal to the one you pictured and asked about anyone with a canoe! I can't find the post now. The chap was stood on the left hand side down some steps (left hand side being if you stood opposite the flat iron building)
