Benham Laundry

Anyone remember the Benham Laundry on Henconner Lane in Chapel Allerton, or better still got any pictures of it?

Could this be the 'Parisian Laundry' on Henconner Lane which is mentioned in an old thread here:

I'm sure it must be. It used to be on part of the site that is now Potternewton Gardens, facing Henconner Lane. I guess it was knocked down around the mid 1960s. It was quite an imposing building (in my memory, but I was only little) and I would've liked to have seen a picture. There doesn't seem to be anything on Leodis apart from a caption for another subject.
