I did know, but can't remember I'm afraid. I can though thorougly recommend it for friendly service, wonderful fresh free salad, and well cooked meals at most reasonable prices. I'm not a shareholder I promise.

It was a Brewers Fayre owned by Whitbreads & now belongs to Mitchells & Butlers

I take it you are referring to the restaurant known as the colton mill on Stile Hill Way, is it? The old mill at Colton is a little further accross off the old Bullerthorpe Lane and has been developed into a private dwelling.
