Nice one rikj :). That was a very interesting W&W and fascinating to see that some old features can still be found.

I really must vist The Hollies again. Does anybody know the bus route up there?

Ah yes, we were nearer the mill goit area and didn't venture very far off the path at that side of the water. Must bear that in mind for another visit.

28 goes up Weetwood Lane, so closest from that side. If you don't mind more of a walk then anything that goes up the Otley Road and get off at West Park shops and walk through the uni playing fields. 1 & 6 maybe? Hollies from the bottom end would be 51 to Meanwood.

@Leodian, I think there may be even more still extant. Somewhere I have a photo from a trip to the Seven Arches that shows what could be an exposed section of the conduit. Interesting as it might give hints as to the construction.
