Ah, no it's not, I don't think I've seen that. It seems Leeds is full of grounded boats.

For those who didn't get it, the boats can just be seen on Street View here:http://goo.gl/maps/lz2WcI think they've been there for some time, at least 12 years if my memory serves me but probably longer.
