Has anybody else spotted these boats waiting for Leeds to flood?

They're not by the river, no. If you know it right away I'd prefer you keep things cryptic so a few others can think about it though .

Wow, a place that the all-seeing Phil hasn't seen .I have clues for later, I'm wondering whether anyone else has spotted these in such an unlikely location.

Definitely off the beaten track. Very well hidden. In Leeds eleven and a half. Across the road from where a lot of bread used to be made. OK Barfly?
