Where is this feature?

How well do you know Leeds?

This nice feature on a building in LS1 caught my eye on November 7 2013, so I took this photo. There is a corresponding feature further to the right of the building, so where are they to be found? The features do not seem to have been used before as a W&W, but they have indirectly appeared. It is not at the same building as the 'Where is this face?' W&W that I posted 08-Nov-2013 18:22.

If there is a corresponding feature to the right of the building, this must mean that the two are uniformly positioned.

I don't know if it was too easy, too hard or few were interested enough but as there have been 164 views so far but no answers nor cryptic clues I thought it was time to reveal where the first photo in this thread was taken, which was on Duncan Street as seen in this photo that I took on November 7 2013 (it was very sunny then!). The photo here shows the dome-like feature on the left with its corresponding feature on the right of the building, which if my memory is right was once a Rawcliffes branch that specialised in school uniforms.

I thought I was being criticised for some poor use of words, though I could not see why. I was being cryptic but did not realise! Red-faced me now!

OK Leo. Not posted much of late. I was starting to think there was only me that could see my input to SL.
