I think it's the Leeds Deaf and Blind place, Centenary House.

Well, the building is the right one, but the reflection is from much further along the street - a weird reflection in the curved glass of one of the windows of The Reliance Bar & Restaurant...Sorry, Anna, I think Phil pipped you to the post on that one. It's the little bar on the corner nearer the building college isn't it. The place with sofas in. I always think it Looks cosy in there.
