I was very surprised when I came across a reference to the Adel Volcanic Mountains as I always thought Adel Crag was sandstone! Not to worry though as the Adel Volcanic Mountains (also known as Adel Mountains) are in Montana, USA. I liked my thought (brief that it was) that there was a volcanic local outcrop . For anyone interested this is a link to information about Adel Volcanic Mountains https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adel_Mountains_Volcanic_Field
