How about a thread on the arcades of leeds city centre

im sure it would unearth some fascinating stories of the history..and who built them..After all Leeds is just renowned for its magifecnt arcades

Good idea there. I see that John Thorpe did an article in the Evening post the other night about the clock & bust in the Thorntons arcade. The bust been the duchess of Devonshire.
