Aye I can do another quiz.

And I'll make it a bit easier this time due to the shockingly low scores from last time. ;)

Have spoken to a pal of mine who is the secretary of Harehills W.M.Club John O'Neill and he tells me that he would open the Concert Room upstairs any evening Mon. to Friday Between 7.30. to 11.30 pm. The only charge would be £50. to pay for the Barman and a cleaner afterwards. The club is on Cowper Road and John mentioned if any one wants to have a look at the room they are welcome. I have not been in myself for a few years but I do know that John runs a very clean, organised licensed premises and the Concert room is a warm comfortable place.
The Lounge downstairs is in use every evening so that is a no no.
Hope this info might be of some use

That sounds very reasonable and having played that venue in the past I can certainly vouch for the concert room being as J.C.D describes.

Indeed Steve was the generous benefactor of that excellent night which was felt should not go unrewarded so a Whip round was held to show our appreciation for his extremely kind generosity.

Cnosni won the quiz again. FIX!!

As for gig nights only Saturdays are out for me.
Not a fix,just pure skill ;)

The location ideally should be close to public transport for those who reside in Leeds or who will arrive by train etc.
and be close to car parking for those who will arrive by car.
Does Mr Foleys have a car park?

From this page use the "jump to" button at the bottom right to select the forum you want to start a new topic in. From that forum page there is a "new topic" button towards the top left. You can obviously also get to the correct forum page from the full listing on the home/board index page.
