Looking at the Metro website, it appears that there will be what appears to be a "Sunday service" on the major routes around Leeds on Boxing Day, from around 9-9.30am through to 5.30-6pm (depending on the route).Certainly the 3 routes that operate near my home (4, 40, 56) will be operating a half hourly service between these times, which should be ample to meet demand I would have thought. You can even get as far as 'uddersfield or Pontefract, should the need occur.http://www.wymetro.com/NR/rdonlyres/4C8 ... aflet.pdfA flat-fare day ticket is available at just £3 for adults or £1.50 for unaccompanied children. The ticket allows unlimited travel on Boxing Day services in West Yorkshire regardless of the operator. What’s more, every fare paying adult can take their children absolutely free!
