It appears that Kennedys moved from Vicar Lane to Call Lane, this is from 1975.McDodge wrote:Just discovered this thread whilst searching for my Dad's old shop!

Kennedys did in fact move from Vicar Lane to The Calls where they traded until the early 1980s.

Unfortunately I don't have any memorabilia but I do have a memory.
I bought from Kennedy's a packet of tiny tablets, for want of a better word, that you dropped on to the lighted end of a cigarette and they filled the air with floaty, fluffy particles.
What I forgot was that my Dad had just painted all the woodwork in the living room.
Sent to bed.
