Well, the tripe stall and the olive stall next door aren't in the market anymore. Red Chilli on Great George Street is an authentic Szechuan restaurant and has such delights as Mrs Spotty's Tofu on the menu, so called because the original recipe was created by a leper. It does things with pig intestines too. Saffron in Guiseley has a lamb brains curry on the menu. They're just not trying

That's odd as their original restaurant in Manchester is one of the best in the city, and has a very good reputation. It's a family business so they probably sent the idiot son over to run it.

The tripe stall was in Leeds market on Tuesday when i was there. I didn't partake though! Had a crab sandwich for the stall at the bottom of fish row, superb.
