Light Night - Town Hall Question

Hi there, just a quick question....I know on Leeds Light Night (Friday 9th October), it is possible to clamber up onto the town hall clock/tower, but I heard you must book in advance. I have searched the Light Night website but to no avail, and just wondered if someone could please give me contact details so that I could book.Thank you very much in advance! EDIT: Just spoken to a really helpful guy on the phone, and it's all sorted! He says the Town Hall will be open until 1am!
