Re: Amnesia?
Immediately prior to being Amnesia it was The Yorkshire Crown (pub) if memory serves correctly.
A glance at Ian Smith's Leodis photo above will quickly explain the crown reference.

The older I get, the better I was.

Thanks Ian. That is what is one of the nice things about this site, folks are corrected on a statement without the person being abusive as seems to happen quite ofton on other sites.

Re: Amnesia?
Small world, whilst I was looking on line a couple of days ago trying to find a photo of this ex. bank I came across an ad. for a Funeral directors in Norwich and in one of the pictures was an ex school friend, his name was Terry Allcock and at Mount St. Marys he was a brilliant footballer, head and shoulders above the rest of us in talent. when he left school he and his family moved to Blackpool and before long he was playing centre forward for Bolton Wanderers. he took over the role from the famous English icon Nat Lofthouse and later became captain of Norwich city. we have not spoken to each other for sixty five years and it was so nice to go down memory lane plus catching up on things.
So thank you Amnesia
