A pic of the above, via Leodis, c 1950    It looks as though originally the pub only occupied the left hand portion of the building.

And how it looked a few weeks ago- still boarded up as it has been for several years now.. The shop on the corner in the b/w pic, now open ground, was a butcher's that , apparently, specialised in horse meat.

this looks like little london, or near there anyway. i pass the 'beer exchange' alot. changed a little hasn't it!
