Hi TABBYCAT,

I am sorry for not replying earlier but I have been away in my motorhome for the last few days and had no internet access.

I, personally, have no documentary evidence that Poulson (or his company) was the architect of Leek Street Flats but it was common knowledge, in the area, at the time, and since their demolition. Because of this, I had no reason not to believe it to be true.

I am also grateful to warringtonrhino for clarifying the matter.

Hi. I worked as an engineer for the TV rental company Visionhire and we had lots of sets in the Leek Street flats.
Can't say I ever had any problems at the flats other than finding the individual address! The lay-out, to my memory, was somewhat strange. It was even worse if you had a telly to carry.
Never the less good days looking back.
Go the Rhinos.
