Resurrecting this thread.I went on another walk with Dave Weldrake last month and he again showed me the stone.It is near Hustlers Row and the well.it is quite overgrown on the path leading to it though but the words are plain to be seen.

Incidentally as I didn't have a GPS with me,does anyone know the OS reference for the stone?
