Yes, I know it falls outside of any Leeds boundaries, but....If there's anyone on here who goes there with family/to walk Dogs/'get away from it all, for a while', etc...Please try to avoid it on the late morning/early afternoon of the thread title date, as there's the (Ilkley Harriers organised) 'Ilkley Moor Fell-Race'It doesn't start till 11:30, but parking around the area (towards White Wells) will be at a premium, as race-numbers can be collecte from 10:00It's only a 5 mile circuit, but a hard race nonetheless!!See here for details/route;http://www.ilkleyharriers.org.uk/index. ... =imr'Beast' (Dave) from here is running with his Club, @ '38', as am I (number '24' - Ackworth Road-Runners)If anyone does go up there, give us both a bit of encouragement!!!
