In regard to the November 16 1866 flood level plaque on Kirkstall Road this is a close-up photo of the plaque that I took on January 31 2018. I don't know if someone has been trying to highlight the wording or vandalising it by chalking over part of the wording, but as a result it currently looks very neglected.
