I am unable to download and print the order form - which is required to avail myself of the special price by cheque/post. Most of your post is accessible , but not, alas, the order form. Or am I overlooking something? Help would be appreciated Brunel.

Thanks Brunel. I wasn't certain if email/bank transfer or letter/cheque would qualify for post free offer. EDit:- Looks like I have received your message/s after all. I have likewise tried to send a return PM with my email address, which you may or may not have received(!)
