Hi Chris,
As stated in Brunel's original post, it is Park Avenue, which is situated on the eastern side of Soldiers' Field (Military Field). The front of the bus is facing in the direction of Oakwood Clock.

The 'destination' on the bus is intriguing as it seems to state "Hope & Social Blunder Bus!" on the top line .
