That's a very old clock ( and Lion) on the Red Lion Pub opposite the Adelphi pub. could it possibly be a Potts model ?.

There are many ( were ) nice clocks around Leeds. years ago I used travel on the bus down Dewsbury road on a morning to work and always took the time from the clock on the Dewsbury rd. Police station and then a mile or so the Parkfield pub clock on the corner of Jack lane.
In yesterdays Daily Mail there was a picture of the old Post Office, lovely building, City Square and how it has been converted into apartments. Its clock was still there and hopefully will remain.
