clock in old bond street centre

does anyone remember the clock on the roof in bond street centre.it was a big dome looked like the roof window but it was actually a clock.

Also, the dome was supposed to change colour to simulate different weather conditions (sunny, stormy, etc) but it didn't work for very long so was plain grey for most of its existence!

i always remember me dad telling me off for coming back from town late and as usual i'd say well i dint see time he'd always reply " look at the roof in bond street" i remeber him telling me it was meant to change colour too .

I saw it as a sunny day and as a pink sunset, and that's about it!

I remember it had lighting effects, but couldn't say if it actually reflected the weather conditions at the time.It was in the roof, near the entrance to BHS. I think it has been mentioned on another Bond Street thread too.
