If its like the Bexley Wing at Jimmys it will be built by a private company then rented to the NHS.

Under location and plans is a fly through the proposed area and I would be concerned as to what 'regeneration cluster' means since it covers all the listed buildings on the site. My suspicion is they want to offload these buildings to developers to fund the rest of the building. I'm not sure this would necessarily be a bad thing if this was to be done sympathetically.
