SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

Doing a bit of family history research, I came across a mention of my grandparents having got married in the Holy Trinity Boar Lane, in the 18th century. Would that be a normal sort of wedding I wonder, because it is even now, quite an imposing building.
