Not an actual street, seems to be more of a building.
Just zoom in to get a larger pic

Is this the end of the story ...or the beginning of a legend?

Hi awpoorshazza and welcome to Secret Leeds :).

This map may also help. It is taken from the 1890-1893 1:2500 map in the Old Maps UK website. Ignore the red arrow as that was only to locate the site and I don't know how to remove it when I copied the map section. A 'New York' is marked there on an 1852 map but that was 1:10,560 and too small scale to reproduce readably.

In the map published 1955, probably surveyed around about 1952, New York Farm is at the end of the Row. It is shown in earlier maps but not named. both have completely gone from the map from about 1964
