Apart from the small photo taken from information in the Meanwood Valley Trail that I added on February 4 2012 there are no photos of the Buck Stone rock in this thread so I thought I would add these 2 that I took on October 13 2017. The first seems to show the rock is in a wild possibly well hidden area but the second shows it is actually very close to the rear gardens of some homes on Buckstone Avenue!

A rainbow is a ribbon that Nature puts on when she washes her hair.

fascinating pictures,obviously a natural rock.
wonder where the name comes from.No obvious resemblance to a male deer.
Steve JonesI don't know everything, I just like to give that impression!
